ABOUT FEES
FOR CONCILIATION PROCEEDINGS
TO THE CENTER FOR ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION "CONSENSUS" /The Center/
This tariff is applicable ONLY to conciliation proceedings on a consumer complaint against a trader, with a price of interest from 50 BGN to 25,000 BGN.
Consideration of consumer disputes BY SUBSCRIPTION:
1.1. The annual subscription fee for resolving consumer disputes at the Center for each user is 180 BGN/ 90 Euro. The fee includes up to 5 (five) disputes per year, which will be assigned for consideration by the Center. The subscription fee is paid once and covers a one-year period, which begins to run from the date of payment of the fee. In the absence of filed disputes, the fee is not refunded.
1.2. When referring for consideration of a subsequent dispute (sixth and subsequent), the applicant pays a one-time fee for administrative processing of documents in the amount of 60 leva/30 Euro for each referral.
Consideration of disputes of users WITHOUT SUBSCRIPTION:
2.1. In the case of a conciliation procedure for a user without a subscription, a fee for administrative processing of documents in the amount of 60 leva/ 30 Euro is collected.
2.2. The fee is paid by the applicant when submitting an application for consideration of a dispute.
The current tariff was approved by the management of the Center on 01.07.2025 in accordance with its internal rules and replaces all previous ones.
