On September 30, 2024, the implementation of the project "Network for Efficiency, Change and Sustainability "Consensus NETS", funded by the Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EISMEA) of the European Union, was completed.
The competition "Guarantor of Consumer Rights 2024!" has ended. The team thanks the participants in the competition and wishes them all success in their activities and that they be subject to correctness and protection of consumer rights.
On 02.08.2024, a round table "Cooperation between stakeholders in the process of providing effective consumer protection" was held at the Grand Hotel Sofia, a final event under the "Consensus NETS" project, in which representatives of the management of the Consumer Protection Commission and sectoral commissions, consumer organizations, the European Consumer Center, the Institute for Conflict Resolution, the Bulgarian Institute for Legal Initiatives, the statistical agency "Global Matrix", and the National Association of Mediators took part.
On 03.06.2024, a meeting of the "Consensus NETS" project team was held in Sofia with representatives of the European Consumer Center - Sonya Spasova - Director, Anita Kamenova - Lawyer, as well as with Ignat Arsenov - Director of the Main Directorate "Market Control" of the Consumer Protection Commission and with representatives of organizations involved in consumer protection.
In the period 27-31.05.2024, a training for trainers of judicial mediators was held in the building of the Union of Lawyers in Sofia.
On 21.05.2024, in the city of Varna, in the "Odessos" hall of the "Cherno More" hotel, a training for conciliators was held. The training was attended by 15 participants who had successfully completed the first module of the training and the mentoring program between the two modules.
