On 01.04.2023, the implementation of the project "Consensus NETS - Network for Efficiency, Transformation and Sustainability" began, co-financed by the European Commission under the Single Market Programme, contract No. SMP-CONS-2022-ADR -101102241.
The project has a duration of 18 months and a budget of 59,254.46 euros, of which 10% is self-financing.
The aim of the project is to increase consumer awareness and trust in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), while simultaneously stimulating traders to participate in conciliation procedures in order to achieve improved governance, public investments and capacity building both in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre "Consensus" and in other ADR structures by creating a network of key players in the consumer protection system - consumers, traders, regulatory authorities, non-governmental organizations, trade unions, consumer organizations, etc. The network will offer a space for the exchange of data, information and good practices, along with capacity-building activities for its members and for better cooperation at the national level.
