On 02.08.2024, a roundtable "Cooperation between stakeholders in the process of providing effective consumer protection" was held at the Grand Hotel Sofia, a final event under the "Consensus NETS" project, in which representatives of the management of the Consumer Protection Commission and the sectoral commissions, consumer organizations, the European Consumer Center, the Institute for Conflict Resolution, the Bulgarian Institute for Legal Initiatives, the statistical agency "Global Matrix", and the National Association of Mediators took part. The structure of the network and the redefinition of partnership membership were discussed, in order to facilitate state bodies and organizations with a multi-level governance system to join the informal, virtual network. The network will be a virtual space for the exchange of information, good practices and cooperation, without the need for membership fees or financial contributions.

Given the still few recognized ADR bodies in Bulgaria: the CPC with its committees, NAIS and CARS "Consensus", the participants expressed hope that together they would begin the development of the network, discussing joint strategies for its development for the common benefit of all partners.
