On 30.09.2024, the implementation of the "Network for Efficiency, Change and Sustainability "Consensus NETS" project, funded by the Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EISMEA) of the European Union, was completed.

On 03.06.2024, a meeting of the project team "Consensus NETS" was held in Sofia with representatives of the European Consumer Center - Sonya Spasova - Director, Anita Kamenova - Lawyer, as well as Ignat Arsenov - Director of the General Directorate "Market Control" of the Consumer Protection Commission and with representatives of organizations involved in consumer protection.
On 21.05.2024 in Varna, in the "Odessos" hall of the "Cherno More" hotel, a training for mediators was held. The training was attended by 15 participants who had successfully completed the first module of the training and the mentoring program between the two modules.

On 14.12.2023, a meeting of the CARS "Consensus" team with ADR bodies and lawyers was held in Varna.
The Director of the Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution "Consensus" Elka Krasteva and the member of the Secretariat of the Center Stanislava Kasikova, within the framework of the implementation of the project "Consensus NETS", made a working visit to Portugal, visiting the Consumer Protection Association DECO.
