The project "Network for Efficiency, Transformation and Sustainability "CONSENSUS NETS" aims to raise awareness among the general public about the opportunities for protecting consumer rights offered by the system of consumer protection bodies and organizations in Bulgaria. In parallel, the project also aims to increase consumer trust in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods, as well as to stimulate traders to participate in ADR procedures and to develop and implement consumer protection measures. The final result we expect is to build the capacity of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Center "Consensus" as an ADR body, by developing internal documents and attracting expert conciliators. The project also works to increase the capacity of other ADR bodies and organizations, to improve management and optimize their activities, by creating a network of key players-participants in the consumer protection system - consumers, traders, regulatory authorities, NGOs, unions, consumer organizations, etc. The "Consensus NETS" network will offer a space for the exchange of data, information and good practices and capacity-building activities for its members, for better cooperation at national and international level.
