Analysis of the applicable legislation and practices of participation of consumer associations in public life in the Republic of Bulgaria

A team of experts from the Association "Human Rights - Step by Step", within the framework of the project "REPRESENTATIVE CONSUMER ASSOCIATIONS - PROSPECTS FOR CIVIL PARTICIPATION AND EFFECTIVE CONSUMER PROTECTION" No. BG05SFOP001- 2.025-036 funded under the Operational Program "Good Governance", prepared an "ANALYSIS OF THE APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND PRACTICES OF PARTICIPATION OF CONSUMER ASSOCIATIONS IN PUBLIC LIFE IN BULGARIA". The analysis covered the legal framework of representative consumer associations at the national level, as well as the terms and conditions for providing financial resources from the state for the activities of representative consumer associations.
